CEO and Managing Broker Johnny has lived on Scenic 30A since moving here in 1983 to start his first business. Focusing on commercial and residential real estate he is also well versed in planning, design and real estate entitlement permitting. He is a former restaurateur and has been featured in the New York Times, CNN, Southern Living and every major newspaper in the South. Johnny was founding president of the Scenic 30A Business Association. Johnny is married to Debbie Earles and they have a son Jonathan.

A retired Naval Aviator and Delta Airlines Captain. He is a Founding Member of the Naval Air Museum in Pensacola, Florida and also serves on the Board of Directors of the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors. Scott began his real estate career with Harry Norman in Atlanta and is licensed in Georgia as well as Florida. He and his wife Leslie have been married for 27 years. She also is a retired Naval Aviator and currently serves as a 747-400 pilot for United Airlines based in Chicago. They have three children, Liz, Steph and Matthew.

He was a broker-associate with The St. Joe Company and part of their real estate sales team, specializing in WaterColor and WaterSound properties. Prior to joining The St. Joe Company, Ken was sales manager at Tops’l Beach & Racquet Resort and managed the successful sale of over 350 new resort properties representing approximately $77,000,000 in volume. Ken also brokered numerous commercial and REO deals for area lenders and the Resolution Trust Corporation. Having represented hundreds of successful real estate transactions in South Walton County, Ken offers his clients abundant knowledge through professional real estate advisory services.  He serves on several homeowner association boards and is a CCIM candidate. He has two sons, Michael and John.

A South Walton resident since 2002, Jim is a Wisconsin native who's also lived nearly half his life in Colorado. With a college degree in wildlife ecology and a passion for outdoor recreation, Jim headed west and called Telluride home for 22 years of skiing and resort real estate brokerage. It was hosting the first MountainFilm festival tour, held at WaterColor in 2001, that brought him to discover the 30-A area ... and to soon move here and begin to introduce new friends to the beach lifestyle through sales at WaterColor. Jim and his wife Gina live in Seagrove Beach, and he also enjoys film & music, architecture & design, creative cookery, and kayaking & skiing.
